Vienna Textile Lab, a startup specializing in microbial dyes and pigments, has been selected for the New European Bauhaus (NEB) innovative Catalyse program by the EIT Community. It aligns with Vienna Textile Lab’s mission of creating a positive impact through sustainability, social innovation, aesthetics, and the production of biobased, safe, and high-performance textile dyes and pigments.

The awarded project is a partnership between Pinkponilo and Vienna Textile Lab.
On 2nd of June 2023, the opening ceremony of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Cellulose High-Tech Materials at the Universitäts- und Forschungszentrum Tulln (UFT Tulln) took place.
